In accordance with this agreement, you are a “Member” (or “you”) as a user of the Service or a representative of an entity that uses the Service. You affirm that, on behalf of, you have the complete ability, authority, and power to accept these Terms.
In order to utilise the Service and create an account, you must:
Access to and control over the account, as well as accountability for any action conducted through the account, belong to the person who established the account and whose Payment Method is being charged (the “Account Owner”). The Account Owner should restrict access to the Services and keep the password and payment method credentials private so that no one else may access the account. This will help to keep control over the account and prevent unwanted access.
Unless otherwise specified in the information pertaining to the particular plan they purchased, account owners are not permitted to share their account, login, or any other access-related credentials with any other party. All accounts are meant to be used just once, unless specifically authorised for multiple users. The Services may be provided by ReverCe Technologies via a number of different payment plans, such as one-time, monthly, and annual recurring subscriptions (collectively, “Subscription”). On the day you choose to subscribe to the services (the “Subscription Date”), ReverCe Technologies will begin billing you. Until you cancel the services, ReverCe Technologies will keep billing you in line with your chosen Subscription. In order to prevent your subscription from renewing, you must cancel at least one day prior to the following billing date. The day on the calendar that corresponds to the Subscription Date is when fees will be charged to your payment method. Upon payment, subscription fees are fully earned. Your payment date may vary in some circumstances, such as when your Effective Date started if your Payment Method hasn’t settled properly.
You must supply one or more Payment Methods in order to utilise the Services. Visit our website’s “Account” page to change your payment methods. You give us permission to keep charging the relevant Payment Method(s) after any modification. In the event that your primary Payment Method is rejected or becomes unavailable to us for the purpose of paying your subscription price, you permit us to charge any Payment Method linked to your account. Any sums that are not collected are still your responsibility. If you do not terminate your account and a payment is unsuccessfully settled for any reason—for example, because the payment method is expired or there are not enough funds—we reserve the right to stop your service access until a valid payment method has been successfully charged.
The issuer may impose fees on you for the processing of your Payment Method for certain Payment Methods. For further information, speak with your Payment Method service provider.
You will maintain access to the Services until the conclusion of your pre-paid monthly cycle, at which point you may terminate your membership at any time. Refunds or credits for any portion of a subscription period are not offered by us. To cancel, go to your account profile on our website and follow the instructions there, or send an email to contact@reverce.co.uk to get in touch with our customer support team. Your account will automatically close at the conclusion of your current billing period if you discontinue your subscription.
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to modify our subscription plans or alter the cost of our Services or any of its components, in any way and at any time. Should these Terms change in any way, notice to you will be given before any price adjustments or modifications to your membership plan take effect.
There are no credits or refunds for periods that are only partially utilised, and payments are nonrefundable. But even after you cancel, you will be able to use the service until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
You are qualified for our Money Back Guarantee provided you get in touch with our Customer Support team within 7 days of your initial sign-up. You must request a refund from our Customer Support staff online at support@reverce.co.uk no later than seven days after your initial sign-up in order to get your money back. After that seven-day window, contacts will not be qualified for our money-back guarantee. Under no circumstances is the Money Back Guarantee applicable to renewal purchases; it only applies to your initial purchase.
ReverCe Technologies makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the services, whether express, implied, statutorily mandated, or otherwise, including, without limitation, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReverCe Technologies offers the services, including, but not limited to, the website, app, and api “as-is.” reverse makes no warranties about the uninterrupted or error-free functions or content contained on the website or services, the corrections of defects, or the absence of viruses or other harmful components from our servers. specifically, ReverCe Technologies disclaims any warranties and representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, dependability, timeliness, and error-free nature of any information or data supplied through the services, regardless of the source.
Regarding any error, incompleteness, or inaccuracy in the services, ReverCe Technologies disclaims all liability.
Except to the minimum extent required by applicable law and then only to that extent, in no event will ReverCe Technologies , its employees, officers, directors, affiliates or agents be liable to you on any legal theory for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages, including without limitation, loss of revenue or income, lost profits, pain and suffering, emotional distress, cost of substitute goods or services, or similar damages suffered or incurred by you or any third party that arise in connection with the website or services (or the termination thereof for any reason), even if the ReverCe Technologies team has been advised of the possibility of such damages. our whole responsibility for any claims pertaining to the services
in any month will be no more than what you paid us the month before.
About the outcomes of your use of the Website, APP, API, or any other part of the Services, ReverCe Technologies makes no representations or guarantees of any kind. The endorsements and illustrations seen on ReverCe Technologies website, in its programmes, and/or through its services are merely instances of what might be. There is no guarantee that using the Services or any other programmes, products, or services we provide will result in any certain outcome, such as higher income, sales, a higher ranking on Amazon, or any other result.
As a condition of using the Services or Website, you agree to indemnify and hold ReverCe Technologies, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless against any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against ReverCe Technologies by any third party.
